I really didn't know what to say.
It's winter. It's been dry. Winter vegetables are at a halt and many plants are dormant.

Both I and my neighbor have had our quads exemplify the same symtoms you describe due to broken nourishment shutoff (petcock) valves. Mine was on the fritz from the get go. I'd start up the quad and go about 1/8 mile before it bogged and shut down. My neighbors failed after two years. On his, the gasket between the rotating cylinder and the shutoff valve league rotated and almost quite blocked the inflame quantity. Same feature. Let it sit and it starts up. Have in mind a bit and it bogs and shuts down.
