Matt Garza outpitched Jon Lester on Sunday afternoon, and the Red Sox southpaw had no one to guilt but himself.

"I'm getting spent of getting in the lead of guys and then universal to 3-2," Lester explained after the 7-1 disadvantage at Fenway Deposit. "Whether I depart them or give up a hit, it's inappropriate. I've got to do a crap-shooter job, singularly when I get before of guys -- and I didn't do that today."
