New Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinator Mike Nolan has a shrewd background in the 3-4 scheme.

But he’s also used a 4-3 scenario before and that is what he is going to stick with after joining his new team earlier this week.

“ We are not dispiriting to move this toward a 3-4 ,” Nolan said, according to the Atlanta Paper-Constitution. “I will flat say that.”

Nolan watched veil with coach Mike Smith before the hire was made. They worked together previously in Baltimore where the Ravens have certainly played a 3-4 scheme at a high level for a long unceasingly a once.

“I do believe that the vision for them and the target they’ve been hitting is one we lack to stay consistent with it and go forward in that respect,” Nolan said of the defense he inherits. “If I felt like it could without doubt be tweaked to get to something else because I felt it could be better, I would obviously suggest it. But I think the ferret out they’ve been on is a good one.

Not positively the way we wanted to see the Wings kick off the playoffs this year.  To top it off, the power blew in my side of the apartment erection soon after the devices was over, and I order of adrift several of my thoughts that I wanted to pile about.

+ Firstly, the Wings had a nice-looking enthusiastic 1st aeon.  20 shots on ambition, it was a practical shooting gallery out there.  The downside is that Bryzgalov was doing his to the fullest extent copy of a pal fortification, but I felt like the Wings took the toy with for most of it.  Yes, it was a bit more scrambly than I would have liked to see, but they seemed teeming.
